Below you will find information about COVID-19, precautionary steps that we are taking to keep customers, bankers, community members, and our locations healthy and safe while the novel coronavirus impacts all of us.  We care about our community because we are all part of the same community.

Our Branches:

  • Our Locations are using sanitizing methods to help protect you and our employees.
  • We have taken steps to increase cleaning and sanitizing for all locations.

Our Employees:

  • We  follow the  Alabama Department of Public Health and CDC guidelines to ensure that we are maximizing prevention and preparedness.  We are making necessary adjustments to our operations in response to this threat.
  • Employees are encouraged to stay home if they have any flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath), to cough or sneeze in their elbow and dispose of tissues immediately after use.
  • Employees are asked to wash hands frequently for a minimum of 20 seconds and to use hand sanitizer, especially after interaction with individuals and with money.
  • Please know that we will continue to provide our community service, but we ask our customers and Employees to be respectful ofothers’ personal space and minimize human contact such as handshakes.
  • Employees are being encouraged to conduct phone calls or video conferencing with customers rather than meeting in person when possible.

Our Customers:

  • If you have traveled in the last 14 days to one of the countries listed by the  CDC as level-3 risk, please consider staying home to quarantine.
  • To reduce the traffic inside of our branches, please consider using technology and electronic banking in place of face-to-face interaction. Customers can manage deposits and transfers, monitor account activity, and pay bills with our online and mobile banking services.
  • You may also access your account through telephone banking.
  • Practice social distancing to slow the spread of illnesses like COVID-19 by limiting the amount of personal contact you have with others. Avoid crowds, adhere to at least 6-foot spacing in public and avoid handshakes and high-touch surfaces in public places.
  • Please enroll in e-statements for the electronic delivery of bank statements within your online banking account.
